my best sellers this week were definitely darkmoon card/decks/trinkets. Super profitable but kinda high maintanence to keep undercutting

@@Seren-wow Oh im holding quite a few of each aswell. I was selling alot during the faire though when it was easy to just replace them instantly after they sold. Perfect selling point should be like 2-3 weeks from now. Lots of people are gonna have theirs sold already and if you wait longer people might decide to wair for the next faire instead of overspending :)

Today I've sold all my Tsunamis and Earthquakes to a reseller, it was still quite a bit higher than they were last week so I'm happy with the profit and I figured it freed up a bit of time. Volcanic trinkets on my realm are about 45k (up from 28k) so I've started selling slowly now, they are likely to go up more though. Definitely you are right the peak should be in about 2 weeks or so though! I'm actually considering buying back in for next month already though!

Part of the reason tailoring sucks rn is because its everyones BIS dps proff, so theres just way more people who are using the bonuses such as the "free" spellthread. Making the demand much lower for the BOE spell threads. I imagine LW is gonna be the king for the foreseeable future just as you said! (Just as its not a massive dps gain like tailoring is)

Stupid question, but, are you buying all of those ores to prospect them? I think I skipped over that part! :(. And is it recommended to have max jewelcrafting to prospect that ore, or can I do it at 450?

Yeah, I'm prospecting it. I think it was 475 to prospect Elementium but you can get to that pretty quickly. You need 475 for the JC daily anyway, so if you are already at 450 might as well take the extra 25 points sooner rather than later for your JC tokens

I made the mistake of switching off transmute master. Didn't know it know it now requires a quest to switch back. Atleast I managed to squeeze a x4 truegold proc early only

Better off crafting boe legs or belt with tailoring with the weekly dreamcloth all things considered imo :)

I made a belt last week, but in the end it only sold for 9k, better than the leg armors though!

Tailor was such a let down :( The pvp gear you can craft at 339 ilvl less that it cost for just one of the volatile around 15-20gold, meanwhile the plate set sells for 3-400gold on my server

Its the same on mine, I guess previously tailors have often serviced all casters not just cloth wearers that now we have to stick to our own armor types theres just too many tailors and not enough LW/BS

Yeah tailoring has been a massive massive disappointment I regret buying 20k of mats to level it on day 4-5. Absolutely no gold making potential for it in this phase. Embersilk bags are useless due to Abyssal bags, pant threads not worth it and locked on CD, hell even the vicious gear isn't selling anywhere near as well as I had expected Thankfully JC has been making up for it. Even on my ~200 pop OCE server I'm making lots of gold purely by mass prospecting and selling uncut gems

Do you have an alchemist? I hadn't realised the green quality gems are selling so well because the alchemists can transmute them without CD this expansion

@@Seren-wowI do! Although its not really worth xmuteing due to the high price of the uncommon gems and low demand for the higher tier gems. Better to just prospect and sell for me

@@Seren-wow not having the fall back of reliable profit from bags is also a huge loss for Tailoring. There is absolutely no reason to buy Embersilk bags with the changes to Abyssal Bags - both having same number of slots but Abyssal bags using significantly cheaper Wotlk mats compared to crazy expensive Cata mats for Embersilk bags

so i do alot of fishing. with that said, i do some rounds of tol barad and darkmoon faire. Im able to essentially farm my own volatiles this way from the crates. i also have a potion master so i can use the living elements cooldown to proc more volitiles. volatile life is 2g on my server and all the other volatiles are 20+. so i guess if you farm your own volatiles then you have more profit margin.i have 3 tailors so i need 90 of each volatile and i have until my tailoring cooldown is up to achieve that

I think if you have more tailors it probably feels better, but after paying so much gold to level it (at that point cloth was 5g per unit on my server) I was really unimpressed with what feels like a hard cap on profit.

+90 int food is selling like crazy and very expensive on my server, I can farm for the seafood feast recipe for my guild while making good gold per hour :D

Most things are cheap on Gehennas, its a funny server like that! Was finding enchants for 9s at one point this week
