I was getting bored with the virus thing that I decided to gut out my master bedroom bath. Instead, I didn't use 1/4" ply underlayment as you did, I went with cement board underlayment making it more waterproof and a better job. Yrs ago I did a demo bath using 1/4" ply like you, with vinyl planking from HD. Was marked waterproof type, great. Well, somehow water got under the planks, my falt should have used cement underlayment. I voided the warranty and redid the floor at my expense. Since then all baths, kitchens, laundry rooms anywhere there's water involved I install cement underlayment and never had a problem since. I even lay it in entrance foyers. Nothing's leak-proof, not even seamless gutters.

Great job, I would suggest just putting some clear caulking around the toilet bowl. Just around the sides and front. Don’t caulk the back end or you wouldn’t know if a leak occurred. Makes it look so mu much professional and easier to mop around the floor. A master plumber taught me this years ago. Makes a great finished look. Love you all’s bathroom!

Some good idea with the remodel. The trick to doing drywall joins is to use the widest blade you can. It covers smoother and way better than a narrow one. Also if you hold your blade 'Backhand ping pong style' it is much easier to adjust the pressure and see what you're doing.

One trick I learned with taking those mirrors off, is to take some painters tape and tape it from corner to corner and across the middle both from the side and top (like an asterisk), then try peeling it off the wall. This helps keep the mirror from shattering.

Remodel looks great, Brad. All of our mirrors are clipped to the walls so it's no problem to remove or replace them. Also, if those were halogen bulbs, you shouldn't be touching them with bare skin. Body oils can shorten their life or possibly cause them to pop. Your ECD kicked in again but it would bother me too (ECD for me also). Take care. Bill
