Thank you for the video. We do it a bit different in Texas; but good chicken is good to go.

I'm going to try to get two in my jr, I'll tie them together with butcher's twine after putting the beer inside.

Hey! Great video! What are you using as your heat deflector?
@thecanadiangrill17155 жыл бұрын
Thanks! The heat deflector is an 11 inch grate from amazon and a 9 inch pizza stone from the dollar store. Works really well to hold a low steady temperature.

I am probably wrong. I just got one kamado junior today. Just looking at it after assembling it seems a chinken would not fit straight 🤔

The grill can either sit on top of the tabs inside or if you rotate it a little, it can sit further down in the bowl. I have to admit that my chicken was fairly small, maybe 3-4 pounds. Hope this helps.

nice video, just a tip, dont wash the chicken as you can get all the bad bacteria in your sink, all bacteria will die either way in the grill

Never wash your chickens bro, risk of botulism, great video though.
@williamperkins75387 ай бұрын
you can't get botulism from chicken. Washing chicken is fine.

Nothing like leaching poison from the can paint into your food.

With the Coronavirus outbreak, you offer this as a reply to a commonly used method of cooking chicken? I don't believe anyone has died from this type of "paint poison".
