Ok so I’d totally do this with leftover prime rib. But Brisket? That’s just blasphemy 😮 Have to admit though, I’d try it if there ever where any leftovers. Looks good👍

Haha it’s just ONE of the items I make with brisket, and only AFTER the main meal typically. I’ll have to try it with Prime Rib-that sounds delicious

Ok so I tried it. Sauté d the onions in brisket tallow and used fire roasted diced tomatoes. Through in some chipotle in adobo sauce, oh man! Who would have thought! I froze left over but it only stayed in the freezer for a week! I’m gonna have to cook an extra brisket from now on. Oh darn😬 Thanks for putting that video up.

Coconut oil !?, that’s a diet chili. 😂😂

So I’ve actually done this with a bunch of oils and fats, including beef tallow, and the coconut oil is perfect for this one 😂. But - you can use whatever you’d like and will still get good results!
