Bread Masala
Ingredients
Bread - 4 slices
Ghee- 1 tbl spoon
Tomato - 1
Garlic cloves - 3
Small piece of ginger
Chilli powder - ½ to ¾ teaspoon
meat masala - ½ teaspoon
turmericpowder-1/4 tsp
Finely chopped onion - 1
Garam masala - ¼ teaspoon
Salt
Bread Masala is a quick snack using the leftover few pieces of bread along with a onion tomato masala and spice powders etc. Bread Masala or Masala Bread is a quick and yummy snack that can be made in under 30 minutes.
Toast bread and cut into small pieces .. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan
Then saute ginger, garlic, green chili, onion and curry leaves along with salt.
Saute till onion become translucent.
Then add all powders and saute till the raw smell goes.
Now add tomato ,capsicum mix well, close and cook.
Then add hot water and cook.
Add ketchup.
Check the taste.
Now add bread and mix well..
Finally, sprinkle oil and coriander leaves.
So the tasty easy masala bread is ready to serve.
Enjoy with Raita.
