Today we prepare a nice loaf of semi-wholemeal bread using the sourdough that you watched in the last video. The recipe is very simple and if you want you can also vary with the flours.
For this recipe I used:
Sourdough 150 g
Wholemeal flour 150 g
Flour 00 350 g
Water 340 g
Salt 10 g
Sugar 5g
