Today we prepare a nice loaf of semi-wholemeal bread using the sourdough that you watched in the last video. The recipe is very simple and if you want you can also vary with the flours.
For this recipe I used:
Sourdough 150 g
Wholemeal flour 150 g
Flour 00 350 g
Water 340 g
Salt 10 g
Sugar 5g

Amazing job! After I tried the vinegar chilli jars and the olive oil mushroom jars from your videos, I tried a couple of months ago your ciabatta recipe and it was SPECTACULAR! The sour dough is next on my list!
