I love everything! My sister had an IV treatment today and they wouldn't let me stay with her, so I went to the Dollar Tree. They have a few more spring things out but it was hard to just put together a little bouquet of spring colors. My cousin and I have been making some posy pockets and I am making one for my sister's neighbor who has fed us a couple of times and just been the kind of neighbor everyone wants.

Kathy I have to tell you it’s so funny hearing you say catty corner us in the north say kiddie corner. It’s just so funny to hear how different people pronounce words from all over the country. My parents Mom’s family from TN and my dads family from KN so I grew up saying warsher instead of washer and a teacher in school put me in a speech class because she thought i couldn’t speak right until she met my parents and they said that’s how they were taught by their parents 😂

Do you mean those little white ones that came out at Easter? I get those at dollar general! Only $1…the ones I get from dt are in a sitting position and the ones with flowers and such are dollar general- you’ll find a lot more stuff there, and a lot of times it’s cheaper , and better quality!!!

I have a question/idea. I wonder if there is a group of crafters that "share" their stash. Im looking to get into using transfers, rice paper, tissue paper & napkins (all bc of seeing you). But its looking like its going to be a small fortune buying it all new. I wish a crafter such as urself, would sell their unwanted items at a discounted price. Once I buy my items, I'll have (A LOT) of extra that I'll never use. Like for example, I'll never use a pack of napkins. Since I craft just for my household and not for selling, I'll use 1 or 2. I know there's others like myself. If we could trade our stash it'd be cheaper plus wouldnt go to waste. Also when looking at rub on's there are scenes I like along w those I do not. If I could trade w someone else that would be excellent.

The only ones I know of is some groups on Facebook that do napkin swaps! You can look up “napkin swap” in the little search bar! I know what you mean! I buy way too much dollar tree stuff for each season, so I take ALOT of it back and swap it out for new items! You don’t have to have a receipt, just keep everything with tags on! Like today I took 25 items that was valentines and swapped for spring- I got 32 items and only paid $7 since I had so much to bring back😂

@@kraftykathy. For some DUMB reason I donated all my seasonal decorations. Wreaths, decor and craft supplies. All of a sudden I got tired of crafting and making things. I (thot) my crafting bug had left me. So when the humane society needed stuff for a rummage I gave them almost everything. WHY??? I have NO clue. Even tho they had a pick up, they had to come back 4x's. Now Im having to re-buy things. Im ashamed to say that I have spent (several) hundred dollars from Dec. 26th to now. I had to buy all their clearance deals, of course. But then I bought for Valentine's. I ( love ) Valentine's Day...more than xmas. Then they brought out St.Pats stuff THEN Easter and Spring. Ive learned to buy it when I see it bc it'll be gone if I dont. If that damn store would quit putting stuff out...I could STOP buying!!! I watch vlogs like urs & get ideas. I'll say this much...if someone, such as myself uses a credit card to shop at $tree....they need rehab! Im going to do like u said and take back what I dont end up using. Thx for the tip of the napkin swap. Im waiting approval.
