Nice job! Adding glue as you assembled makes it stronger. Deck screws or pocket screws would step up this project along with treated wood.

Hello Mr Siyabonga Don’t buy everything all at once , it becomes expensive , buy a drill and tape measure , you can make many things with just those two . And also ask your hardware store to cut the wood for you , I also do the same .

I finally made these. Pretty easy to make actually. 😅 An extra pair of hands would have been much much easier. Now I'm looking for cushions. 😅😅 Cushions are more expensive than the chairs themselves 😮

😂😂😂 I’m not laughing . Try again . When I did it first , it didn’t turn out so well too . Try again band try to use the same wood if possible . How did you cut the wood ? Was it precise ?

I think my cuts weren't straight so when I tried nailing the wood together it was still loose. When pre-drilling, my drill bit would get stuck it the wood too often for my liking.

Aa! Khodani . For this project I only used a top coat sealer . I did it because I wanted to leave the chair outside so I see how good the product is . I won’t recommend this sealer , it’s not the best , it failed the test 😂 . I recommend the following furniture paints and stains : Harlequins paint ; Gripseal ; woodoc . They have amazing products and you can find them at any hardware

Ok when you cut that armrest too short and stuck that piece of wood on there was ugly and made chair look cheap . I wood have cut a new piece of wood to the right measurement. Haven’t you heard the saying measure twice cut once … lol
