Loved this look! And not that I need any more bronzers, but this colorscience bronzer looks amazing, especially with that slight red undertone. My skin always pulls a little red naturally after being in the sun, so a bronzer that mimics that look is perfection 👌🏻

I can only wish I could afford the colorscience products. Dr Dray recommends them all the time & uses both the pink sticks as a lippie & it's so cute & SPF! Wayne Goss did a great video showing us just how much regular foundation we'd need to put on to even compare to a sunscreen & it was crazy how much! Great look btw

I think a lot of people still don’t get the message that foundation is not sunscreen. I blame it on the companies advertising strategies Especially IT cosmetics pitches on TV shopping channels

Oh for sure! I always advocate using a separate sunscreen underneath foundation. I don't like to rely on just a makeup product at all.

Just a heads up, you shouldn’t mix sunscreens! Sunscreens rely on their very specific formula to work, and mixing two completely different products can compromise that. Two shades of the same product will likely be fine, but two different lines/brands is a very bad idea

I have always been told that mixing two physical sunscreens is fine, it's the mixing of chemical and physical or two chemical where the problem lies. Either way, I wear a single sunscreen 99% of the time. Thanks for watching!

How do you reapply sunscreen over makeup during the day? I have melasma and have yet to find a way to do it without disrupting color corrector and concealer

I use the jane iredale Powder me SPF sunscreen all throughout the day, and I don't find it messes up my makeup at all.

It's probably not a great idea to mix sunscreen formulations together, you could be messing with the spf.

So could you use the colorscience, revision or in my case I ordered mdsolarscience bb cream spf around / under and on eye's or even half concealer mixed w/ tinted moisturizer or bb cream or colorscience? Isn't it safe to put colorscience or revision on the eye area?

Hi Candice...yes, I find that as long as it's a physical SPF, it is safe to use around the eye. Some chemical ones are ok too, but tend to burn more if they run and get into the eye.

HI, How do you compare the Revision to Glo skin primer? which do you prefer? thanks

The revision is much more hydrating and not as smoothing as the glo skin. It stay tackier as well. The glo skin really works well to smooth out the skin and fill in pores as well as give a tint. I love them both because they are so different. I use the glo skin as a primer/makeup and the revision more as an actual SPF.

I have oily skin and use the UD Deslick..or would setting spray not work over the Revision/Colorescience? Hey Julie! Thank you so much! I don't use "setting sprays" in the sense that I need help with makeup staying, but I do use hydration sprays at the end of almost all makeup I do. My fave is the Jane Iredale Pommist. I think in the case of having oily skin, you could definitely try the de slick. I don't think it will hurt it by any means. I have normal skin; occasionally it is dry due to retin a, but that is rare; especially in the summer. I have no issues with this combo staying on all day. :) Hope this helps!
