Thanks for all the alternative ways to use this hybrid embossing folder. But I have found it frustrating. Admittedly I don't have the brayer but have held back from buying it as every KZbin video I have seen using the brayer the ink always goes into the lower parts of the embossed sentiment. Plus when used to produce just the outline it hasn't ever been clear or even. So don't want to be disappointed after spending the money In the meantime all I've used the hybrid folder just to outline the sentiments or have then coloured the raised areas with blends, which is also hard to keep tidy. Be interested in your thoughts.

I haven't found the ink to go into the lower parts of the images. It's not as clear of an image as when stamped with rubber; after all, it is plastic. I have found it quite nice to use, and am happy with it. But even without any ink at all, it's a nice way to get a pile of sentiments in one go. I don't think using blends would be easy nor successful, either.
