Hey Flavio 👋 You can use the item name (the first column) to enter a short summary of the task to be completed. If you want to add more details, you can use the Updates section for this! You can read all about this feature here: support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005900249-The-Updates-Section

hello, at about 9:15, it's mentioned that you can simply click on the 'link to item' it will bring up all the info from the other board you linked but when I do it, it acts as if I'm wanting to change which item I originally linked it to. Can you advise please?

Hey Claudia! If click into the 'connect board column', you should see a little arrow expander icon at the far right of each item, which will allow you to open the item up and see all the associated columns! Is this what you're referring to? :)

Speed of the presentation is only good to show how the speaker knows the subject, but too fast to understand and follow on.

Everyone likes a different speed: You can watch the video at 0.5x speed if that's helpful for you. Personally I'm watching this on 2x speed so appreciate her speed!
