It was a unanimous vote from all my lovely viewers for this follow along facial massage film. This is a super easy routine to follow and once you've learnt the technique, you can use regularly. It's also free, so something that is accessible to us all. Right now, we all need to take some time for ourselves and release the tension and relax after a really hard year. I hope you enjoy it. As always, I love to read what you think in the comments below and I will try and reply to as many of you as I can.
Take care and see you next weekend for the last film of 2020.
I will be taking a Christmas break as usual to be with my family. Back in early Jan 2021 refreshed and ready to start a new year.
This 100% natural oil blend has been formulated using 23 oils from all over the globe creating a powerhouse of skin-loving antioxidants and fatty acids. Enriched with soothing Rosehip, Moringa and Bakuchiol to help boost collagen production and tackle the signs of premature ageing. Not just amazing for replenishing your skin, soothing and sleep-inducing Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Frankincense help to unwind your mind, for a restful night's sleep.
Bakuchiol Oil: a naturally occurring alternative to retinol, it helps stimulate collagen production and diminishes signs of ageing. Ours is extracted from plants grown in India and cold-pressed to create the magical extract we know and love.
Lavender Oil: from French Lavender fields, it’s one of the most therapeutic and snooze-inducing oils around. With anti-inflammatory properties it’s also extremely soothing to skin.
Avocado Oil: hydrating, moisturising and radiance-boosting, it can protect skin from free radicals and help to target fine lines and dullness. Ours provides a second income for farmers in Kenya because we use rejected fruit - it’s still amazing (just a little unconventional-looking).
Rosemary Oil: grown by small scale farmers in Tunisia and Morocco, with strong antioxidant properties, it can help balance oil production and protect skin from external aggressors. (Oh, and the scent is ultra-calming.)

Disclaimer:
The aim of Speed Beauty is to introduce you to and provide you with techniques for make up, skin & hair care products. I only show you products that I love and really believe in. Each product I use is heavily researched before deciding to make a film and I try and provide you with as much accurate information as possible. The views on Speed Beauty are my own and are based on having personally tried the products myself.
The products I use in these films are either bought by myself, are part of my professional kit or they’ve been sent to me by PR companies for review. Some of the films contain affiliate links in the description, but not all. If you are happy to click on these links to continue support Speed Beauty that would be very lovely, thank you.
You should always research whether the products I recommend are suited to you. Everyones skin is different and I offer no warranties and don’t claim to be a dermatologist. Some products are really expensive and an investment purchase so it’s always wise to test product on your skin to check for allergies or adverse reactions before you buy. Some make up & skin care brands offer you samples to take away & try. This is always a good idea before deciding on an expensive purchase.
