I've never been much for burger sauce. I'm more of a mustard and ketchup (with a few pickles in there) kind of girl. I think the reason I don't really like burger sauce is that around here, it usually is made with sweet relish, and it's much too sweet for me. I like the idea of using a dill pickle very finely sliced instead. I might even give it a try. ;)

I think mixing your sauces are together is a great combo, I really like this mixture and they all bring something to the party. Try it with the gherkin that’s very nice, thanks for watching. 😊
