Friends if you can not do your own maintenance and repair call around and make sure there is a local shop that works on powersmart. You will find very few shops work on the powersmart cordless 80V

True, but also with the battery one there isn't as much maintenance as the gas one.

​@@Xtechreviews There are a few things gas and electric still have in common.. The fan belt, make sure the auger blade is taking care of as well the pins to make sure there is nothing lose or cracked. You have have the motor as well under the blower, make sure things are greased and looking good. And anything metal on a gas or electric still should be sprayed down to prevent any rust. One big benefit of electric compare to gas is not having oil or gas leak when tipping the over to check your motor cause of no leaks

Any thoughts on 24 vs 26 inch model? Why is 26 invh with 2 batteries a better deal?
