I have questions before starting it. Does the clay crack while its drying because its wrapped around the glass? Does it keep on sticking to the glass after it's dried or will it break apart?

There are many types of air dry clay. Choose paper clay for this mushroom house craft project. So far, mine is okay. It looks good after few years. If you want to make homemade paper clay, try this simple recipe as a start - make small amount for testing. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bKPEdIiqpp6jfrc

I have sent an email via your website last week and I hope to hear soon as I know you must get alot..my email was similar to this...and I was hoping you could give me some advice per this comments question. I have yet to successfully make the recipe you use for these projects and this one in particular...that being said I plan to use my das clay until I can make your recipe which I see wont cause the problem at hand about it not cracking on glass surface because of shrinkage. Do you suggest das as a product in substitute for your recipe, to produce the same outcome successfully as your clay does? ...In terms of not having problems with cracking or shrinkage during drying process? As I don't want to waste material of course...and I am really hoping to achieve a good outcome on my second attempt to your recipe so I don't have to worry about those uncertain variables. Will the tinfoil work as an armature in this sense to avoid those issues when using das clay....sorry for such a long comment and question. I hope to hear back when you have the chance with any advice as I would greatly appreciate your advice which I value your knowledge greatly and love your work and inspiration. Thanks again.
