Easy mushroom pate' Chop then sauté 200g Shiitake Mushroom 200g Button Mushroom 3 tablespoons Olive Oil 3 cloves Garlic 1 whole White Onion 1/2 cup Mushroom Stock 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Salt and Pepper 1 tsp Dried Thyme Then pulse in food processor with 1 cup cooked and drained Chickpeas. Store in refrigerator.

Ma try nga ito, gumawa kasi ako ng mushrooms soup, mix with garlic soak in olive oil, nilagyan ko di ng patato, salt and pepper so yummy kaya. Pag matagal na naka soak ang garlic the better kasi ang aroma mabango. Thanks for the tips.

Hello, I used canned mushroom for this recipe, but fresh mushrooms are the best. Yes, you should always cook the mushrooms. I always cook or heat up even if it's canned. 😊
