Daniela O Well, at least I hope you and her appreciate my sincerity because you bet if other people find her as annoying as I do, for sure she will get fewer viewers and subscribers than she should. Being a hypocrite and telling people they are ok when they are not, doesn't help people and doesn't make yourself a better person. At least she could moderate her voice when speaking, to sound more pleasing, like in some of her other videos.

hot for food I really appreciate your videos and my mouth waters when I see those delicious recipes since I am a mexican myself, but I am traveling through Europe for a couple years, and it is difficult for me to make them as I am not settled in a stable home, but I will make them as soon as I settle somewhere. Omg I love that pico de gallo recipe! My mum makes salsa this way too, except she uses lemon instead of lime juice, and puts in sliced spring onions and bird's eye chilli peppers. The spiciest, most satisfying and fresh salsa ever! Really great snack with tortilla chips. It tastes so good, it feels almost sinful, but it's really just fresh fruit and veggies. I like cutting an avocado in half, and putting the salsa in the little hole the pit makes, and just eating it with a spoon. Ahh hungry just thinking about it.

Most important spices in your "taco seasoning" are cumin and chili powder (or paste, depending on what you prefer or have available). Of course, don't forget a healthy pinch of ground coriander to cut through the sweetness and smoke of the chili flavors.

I cooked the tofu with mushrooms onions and a ton of salt pepper cumin and chili powder. It tasted terrible in the pan but once I put the taco together with vegan cheese and that AMAZING mayo cilantro sauce on it it tasted exactly a taco! (I wrapped it in lettuce and put chopped grape tomatoes in as well) I’m 100% Mexican and live by the boarder and I APPROVE! 👍🏼😆 I crumbled some crackers on it as well because I felt like the tofu needed some crunch even though I did wrap it in lettuce. And the for the cilantro cream I just used v.mayo cilantro lime and sea salt 😆 my mistake still delicious though

When I was little my mom would make tacos ALL THE TIME. Beef, chicken, turkey etc etc. She never seasoned the meats like that either. The focus was the cheese, salsa, and lettuce/tomato. In terms of the shell she would cook them in a little oil and fold them. Sour cream and guac were like a treat. She could eat like 5 of them. They were always accompanied by orange rice. Tacos are my child hood and now as an adult I cannot staaaaand them lol. I won't do it lol. If I don't have to eat them I don't want to lol.
