Omg. I love all of these. Our thanksgiving is long gone, but this is good Christmas food. My sister invited me for dinner cuz I’m awesome, but she will cook some animal parts. So, I will take these dishes over there to share and enjoy. Thanks for these. You are beautiful. ☮️💕

The cornbread casserole looks like the actual dish corn pudding but more cakey and cheese. It’s usually very sweet as well.

yeah I didn't want to call it corn pudding and then get yelled at for not making it like real corn pudding haha but it was definitely more custardey and soft inside than it looked if that makes sense!

what kind of corn bread mix did you use???

I used the one from trader ones there’s one from bobs red mill as well just always be sure to check the ingredients
