VEGETABLE EGG DROP SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
4 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup cabbage chopped
1/2 cup carrot chopped
4 green onion chopped
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
