Today, we made some vegetable spring rolls, this recipe is easy to make at home. It’s super crispy. 🥢 Perfect for snacks and it goes really well with the sweet and tangy sauce.
*INGREDIENTS * (About 10 - 12 pieces of spring rolls)
▪Frozen Spring Roll Pastry 8.5”x8.5”inches in dimensions, thawed
FOR THE FILLING
▪1 clove of garlic (about 5g) ,pounded
▪1 cilantro root (about 5g) , pounded, alternative: cilantro stems
▪½ tsp. White peppercorn , pounded
▪2 Tbsp. vegetable oil for stir-fry
▪5.29 oz (150g) cabbage, thinly strips
▪1.76 oz (50g) carrot, peeled and grated
▪1.41 oz (40g) wood ear mushroom, thinly strips
▪1.41 oz(40g) bean sprouts
▪3.53 oz (100g) soaked glass noodles/bean vermicelli
If use dried glass noodles, 1.41 oz (40g)
FOR THE SEASONING
▪1 Tbsp. Mushroom vegetarian sauce
▪1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
SPRING ROLL GLUE
▪1 egg ( use only egg white )
FOR FRYING
▪Rice bran oil
FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE
▪Sweet chili sauce
Gently drop the spring rolls into about 350F/175C oil to fry. We are using rice bran oil for frying. To avoid overcrowded, fry in two batches. Fry for about 6 minutes or until golden brown.

แผ่นแป้งปอเปี๊ยะแช่แข็ง 8.5” x 8.5”
พริกไทยเม็ดขาว ½ ช้อนชา
รากผักชี 1 ราก ( 5 กรัม )
กระเทียม 5 กรัม
น้ำมันพืช 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
กะหล่ำปลีซอย 150 กรัม
แครอทซอย 50 กรัม
เห็ดหูหนูดำซอย 40 กรัม
ถั่วงอก 40 กรัม
วุ้นเส้นแช่แล้ว 100 กรัม ( เส้นวุ้นเส้นแห้ง 40 กรัม )
ซอสเห็ดหอม 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ซีอิ๊วขาว 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ไข่ขาว 1 ฟอง
น้ำมันรำข้าวสำหรับทอด
ทอดประมาณ 6 นาทีหรือเหลืองทองที่ความร้อนประมาณ 350F/175C

the glass noodle isthe noodle for making my japchae ?

Hi, it is different. the glass noodle from the recipe is made from mung beans. Japchae is made of sweet potato starch.
