Scrape all the gills out of the mushroom before cooking...it takes out even more moisture.

What kinda buns are those? I kinda wanna try to use potato bread buns or the Hawaiian bread buns that are kinda sweet or maybe even those yummy pretzels buns! Omg in hungry now and it’s 6 am 😂
