@@youtubewatcher6124 Interesting idea... we do have that functionality on Fire Bullet extension. There are also some submitted extensions that need to be reviewed that might provide more functions like this.

Good stuff! However, I'm having issues with the time scale of the scene... Sometimes when my player gets hit and slows down, the whole base layer (and the player itself) dissappear. Yet sometimes it doesn't, working perfectly fine. Very weird interaction.

That is definitely not supposed to happen. 🤔 Try sharing a screenshot of your events on the GDevelop discord, reddit, or forums. Someone might be able to point out what's going wrong if they could see the events. -Wesley

1:26 I'm using the expression builder, like you said. When I tested my character getting hit, it continued to move instead of stop like your character is doing when it dealt damage

Question, can this extension be applied to an entire group of enemy objects, and just set the values for each enemy so you don't have to copy paste this for each individual enemy?

If you add the behavior to a bunch of different objects and put them in to a group, you should be able to use events to modify the variables of all of the objects as a group. That's how the enemies scale in health as the game progresses in the game example "Conviction of GunDude". It won't change the base stats, those are locked in. But you can multiply the base health of an enemy group by the wave number when they're spawned, in a wave based shooter for example. -Wesley

i did something like that in my game but I cant get the number of health to transfer from scene to scene. Ex. health is 4/5 but when it changes scene it goes to the default which is 5/5. It should stay the same number. Is there any way of doing this?

hi hope you see this I love the hit animation so I tried to make it my self so when I finally finished it didn't work it just sent me flying across the map with the damage text being spammed above me and flying in the opposite defection of the spikes please see this I need you help

It sounds like the actions are triggering multiple times, so you're missing a condition to stop triggering after you've been hit. Double check to the inverted condition checking to see if the animation that's playing is hit, or check to see why it's triggering multiple times instead of once. -Wesley

The health bar is just a sprite, that has it's width changed with the current and max health of the player object. Check out the expressions video on this channel to learn how to use the expression builder to find those stats. 👍 -Wesley

Whenever you want to check if a single instance of an object doesn't have something happening to it, or if you have multiple instances of an object you can use it to "pick" all of the instances that don't have that condition happening to them. -Wesley

I've been trying to make a system like the default battle system of RPG Maker but I've been stuck on how to compute the fastest unit and arrange a Turn Order. I tried using "Compare numbers" but I'm in a roadblock on how to Compare each Objects "speed" and arrange them for a Turn Order. Anyone who could help explain how to do it is very much appreciated
