My computer facing/showing strange problem. When I tried to turn on my computer, it shows everything normal but just after few seconds it's goes stuck very badly. I tried turn on and turn off , (3 time) after this it's was showing "preparing for automatic repair" after than just in second it's goes stuck again. After this i was waiting for automatic repair for 4 hours, and it was not responding. After all this, i tried one more time. I turn off my computer forcefully. After 2 minute later, i had turn on and it was showing ASUS logo and then it goes stuck one more time. Help me please.

@@swarnalatha8641 Yeahh! So Turn off your laptop and then start over again, enter your bit locker key and then troubleshoot in SAFE MODE (THIS IS IMPORTANT). Then cmd notepad, you'll be able to open C drive. Also I still didn't find the Crowd strike folder simple because I got to know it was not the issue causing the blue screen then I did the system restore after following the initial bitlocker steps and after resorting, my laptop was all good again.

@@WhiskeyandWrestling I was able to access my c drive only after I got my bitlocker pin and found my problem was not the crowdstrike but my pc os was corrupted by ocean of games website. If are not able to access your c drive because you first need to insert your c drive bitlocker pin

@@sabihasamreen3621 yes resolved using below steps- 1. You need a personal laptop which is working. 2. A pendrive of 16 gb 3. Create a bootable Windows 11 USB using Microsoft Media Creation Tool (google this). 4. When the usb is bootable, plug out the usb and insert in the defected laptop. Your personal laptop work is done here. 5. Connected your defected laptop to wlan 6. Now boot your laptop using f12 or f2 (check the function key according to your laptop model) And go into bios 7. You will get some option there something with the name boot with usb Select that option 8. System will bootup and gives you a pop to install windows 11 or recover the system 9. Select revover 10. Now you will get advance tool option 11. After that you can follow this youtube video to delete the crowdstrike using cmd
