@StewartFarmApiary6 ай бұрын
@@Calman1981 You don't but if you are not comfortable with it on the back I would recommend removing. It will free up the backend and sometimes the attachment can "pinch" the ground and make it harder to get out. Hope this helps. Have a great week.

I surprised one guy with my rollback it was a F-450 with dual rear wheels two-wheel drive and I got it stuck on some slippery greasy mud in a parking lot and the landowner was going nuts just like what are you going to do yeah yeah so what I did is I just took my chain and wrapped it around in one spot on one outside dual got in the truck and drove away in the guys like I never saw anything like that and he was truly impressed and to me I've been doing that all my life it was just no big deal. Oh well you can teach folks stuff but they got to remember what they see best regards

I have a Mahindra tractor and the rear rims are solid. Is there another way for something like this?
@StewartFarmApiary4 ай бұрын
I would hate to give you bad advice but if I was in your situation I would get a tow strap and wrap around the entire tractor and ratchet strap it down with the 4x4. Also, make sure when you ease it out of the hole you press in your differential so both wheels turn. Don't know your exact situation but I would have used this method in the video if I didnt' have holes. Just watch to make sure you don't bring 4x4 all the way around. I have had one person come back and say they used a 10 foot 4x4 and put parallel across for both tires and did this. Just a thought. I see your Marine logo - Thank you for your service. I'm former Navy and appreciate you serving this beautiful country. Have a great week.

@@StewartFarmApiary Thanks brother for your service as well. I am having difficulty understanding what you wrote about wrapping the entire tractor and with a tow strap with the 4x4. Sorry for the Marine coming out. I'm a fairly new tractor owner and I got stuck this last Sunday and its was a BEAR!
@StewartFarmApiary4 ай бұрын
@@gregharper7075 No worries - its hard to explain. Ive only seen it done and not tried it myself. Another way to help get unstuck that I used before this method is also just strap a heavy duty come along to a tree or another tractor and use the strength of the come along to at minimal get it out or hold where you have been able to move it. Use in conjunction with a few 4x4 that are not chained to tire but more of just a gripping mechanism for the tire.
