In trading there’s no right or wrong. Especially when it comes to timeframes. Each timeframe has its own advantages and disadvantages. It’s true that higher timeframes give you a bigger picture, but that bigger picture is sometimes where everything gets complicated for certain traders. And don’t forget that the lower timeframes have as many benefits as higher timeframes. Lower timeframes help with quicker entries and exits. They help with providing more trading opportunities and etc. Timeframes depend on the individual that’s trading them. Not on a “right or wrong” or “better/not better” mindset.

There’s really no right or wrong lower time frame is more scalpers intraday day and swing higher time frame you got to know what kind of trader that fits your style personally I’m higher time frame trader there is less noise. To me swing and intraday is less time on the screen to go about my day and personally it eliminates the emotion compared to scalping and also less trade but higher risk to rewards
