I successfully trade in my own portfolio, and also follow others because I'm interested in their strategies. I realized I've got better at managing the trader's strategies too. There's nothing wrong at all with having someone far more dedicated manage some of your portfolio.

To be 100% honest with you. I had the same question 4 years ago. I was confused as heck. Now copying other traders for over 3 years, I would like to tell you, YES copy trading is a good approach. Just keep in mind that the success of copying another trader lies in their transparency. Make sure you know who you are dealing with before copying them. My two cents. Good luck!

I remember when I just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 I ended up selling it because I was dumb and I didn't understand it. I studied and learned and now I know how it works. Got back into crypto early in 2023 with 10k and I’m up with 128k in a short period of time .This comment serves as motivation for all those who have invested and continue to invest in cryptocurrencies with so many losses, do not give up, cryptocurrencies can change your life. It’s ok, but is all about having good investment plans, watching professional trading videos and most especially connecting with the right person the digital world is full of in unreal people I met some of them during my success journey. I felt same way when I started especially when you use demo account you might be winning but when you put in real money you start losing I understand and I pass through it all. You will NEVER understand what she's saying until you TOTALLY understand what she's saying. I watched this video when it came out, back here 7 months later (August 6, 2023) and making $600/day. Turned off my indicators August 1, 2023 and I've had nothing but green days. Keep learning and seeking trading knowledge even when you feel like giving up. @@WHL4L I'm absolutely with you. Without indicators you can read the chart to some extent, but you can achieve waaayy better and safer entries and exits WITH indicators. For day trading I use 4 indicators, for stocks (medium/long term) 4-6 indicators.

True some people think it easy and put too much saving into it, lose all and have noting left to trade with after. Set aside a small amount as learning money you have to pay for this educational experience. Even with dummy accounts the emotions are not the same. Their are times you believe you can handle the losses or drawdowns and find you can’t right away. You’re so right about the cake slice. Thanks

Sis you're speaking the truth on learning but some folks need the money while they're learning and thats a blessing that you guys offer. So I think copying in the beginning is fine but don't keep copying long term because it doesn't benefit you

So stacking some money from copying to create some free time to actually learn how to trade to me is fine. Now if you have the free time and your just being lazy. That's a different story. I've paid 20k like an idiot some years ago to learn from an institutional trader. I did that because I know I was gonna have off 4 months to learn from him. Trust me you need plenty of free time to learn trading. It can be confusing for a newbie.

This was for forex. Was it worth it. Nope! Because his style of institutional trading was weird. Also how can you not copy some trades when you have a monthly payment for the people who's teaching you. So again. In the beginning is fine until you actually can learn from them. Some people are weak minded and will continue to copy. Not everyone. Not me lol

For the Newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's sad truth. I remember when i just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 i ended up selling it because i have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide.
