Be careful of those Quebecois drivers that race you at every traffic light and they have cars parked in the right lane just past the intersection so they will hit you rather than rear end a parked vehicle. Many years ago I sat on my balcony for entertainment to watch the accidents.

when there is no torque spec you can use a bolt chart using size and hardness which gives you a max torque. I'd just snug them up

Yea no torque specs sorry,i tried to find the official specs from Toyota. Like THe Flat Rock said , just snug. I think a good 10 lbft is fine.
