Interesting and subtle help-but think about tuning your drums so they have some clarity and tone-snare drum has a death hollow sound. I know that can be an individuals "sound" and and popular trend but we need to learn how to use some basic sound principals. This is not always pertinent-some of the most creative drummers have very unique sounding" trash can" sounds and it works. But that is not the general rule and I emphasize as a general rule we should not be teaching young students those basis principals in sound. Tune drums GENERALLY to have beautiful sounds
