We are in a transient period, where technological development has leapfrogged soceital norms. Our social order needs some time to adjust to these new cicumstances. I imagine in 50-100 years from now Instagram and Tinder will be deemed as immoral and illegal as child p*rn today. I also expect a strong renaissance of religion. If the problem was just "upbringing" or "shameless women's fault", we would not see this happen almost entirely across the board. What we would expect in that case is a sharp divide between different upbringings, social backgrounds, religion, etc. We don't see that, in fact we see the opposite. We see that women with 0 body count before marriage still dump their husbands in large numbers, we see that upper middle class women with loving families are basically just as promiscious as girls with lower class upbringing, who recieved less parental investment.
