In this video I will show how to make a light woodworking project with your own hands. This project is a computer desk. To make this project, I took a pine tree, cut it into slats and made a table cover out of them.

Nice work and indeed not a very difficult project. But many woodworkers don't have a planer and/or jointer.

Many times (but not always) you can work around not having a jointer or planer by rough cutting your stock & using jigs to get a straight edge & sometimes a straight flat face. Once you have that your good to do whatever your project needs.

I got to 1:51 and could not take that whiney, crybaby music anymore. A very common and big mistake that many KZbinrs make is thinking everyone has the same taste in music as they do. I am not homophobic , I'm all for the gays and wish them all well, but that kind of music is targeted towards a very small audience , hence the low view count.I would have liked to watch the entire video, but alas ! ,I'm not turning my volume down .
