You are truly an angel 😇 of inspiration to me, I have been wanting and needing to go back to my bedroom(long story), my Beloved Husband passed away in 2011, I couldn't bring myself to sleep in my room without him, then I became seriously sick again, so I slept in a hospital bed downstairs, during the years, my bedroom became a loading room for everything and anything, with God's help I want to redo,and organize my bedroom! Get well soon! 🙏 I always put laundry baskets in each child's bedroom. (I had 4 kids) When it was full, (not stuffed). They did their own laundry. On weekends, days off, or after school. This way, they learned to do laundry, fold, & put away. I got some comments from friends or family members. This is what I told them. 1) If they can press buttons on a video game, they could handle a washer & dryer. For goodness sakes, they weren't going down to the river & beating them on a rock. lol 2) My job as a parent is to teach your children how to survive without you. Even animals do that. I taught all my boys & and my daughter how to cook, clean, laundry, yard work. Along with how to budget money, save $. Food shop, etc. I did all these things with them. I didn't have my feet up eating bon bons. lol You could imagine all the work with a family of 6. I was always busy, & I was working while they were in school, come home make dinner, & discuss our days. Sorry that was long. I'm just reminiscing. I wish they were back home with me. I need to reorganize my laundry room. I haven't done it since you first posted this video. Its looking bad. I'm glad you reposted this video. It means I need to redo ours. I live in a house hold of eight. So I average 3 to 4 loads of laundry a day. When I do bedding it take up to 3 days, to wash all the laundry and bedding. Looks like u may be wearing a hoodie in pretty pink! Wearing a hoodie has been very helpful since i injured my ankle. I get chilled fast more easily. So handy & comforting to put the hood up. A friend said it is bc I had a big shock to my nervous system. Stay close in tune to what your body is telling you & take care of your needs quickly as you are able. Keep warm. Close your eyes & rest frequentky.

Olivia…when the kids were at home it was most definitely hard to keep up with the laundry including the sock basket. But once the kids left the home, we have kept up with the laundry. It’s a lot easier with only two. Socks have a place and that’s in the drawer. If we should happen to be busy and can’t get to folding the laundry we put it on the. Ed so we have to fold it before going to sleep…we even cuddle up on the bed fold away…it definitely is a calming experience now. Hope you find your new system.

I love how beautiful you've made your laundry room! You have inspired me to work on my laundry room to pretty it up a bit. I raised 7 kids, so I know all about being behind on laundry if you get busy & miss a day. When my kids got older, I assigned them each a laundry day, so at least all the unmatched socks belonged to one person per day. That helped. Praying for a speedy recovery for you. I’m so sorry about your ankle. I’m 73 an in October (3) I fell from ladder while taking down drapes in our master bath and broke my foot and oh my was that ever painful. I was in a boot for 6 weeks an was just released from my orthopedic doctor 3 weeks ago. It was awful all during Thanksgiving and Christmas but I made it through. I pray you will be all healed fast. You have a dressed day and keep the Son in your eyes.

I absolutely love organizing all of my items around my home. It feels good to have things in certain areas. That way, you'll know where to find them next time. Starting tomorrow, I'm going to reorganize a couple of the areas. They seem a little cluttered. While doing that, I'm also focusing on my fiancé's and my wedding as well. We have nine months to get everything done. Along with finishing up DIYing, certain items for the wedding as well. Overall, things are gonna start being more busy than usual this year. Hi Olivia, my beautiful friend 🎉I love this beautiful organizing 🎉complete order in your space 🎉doing the wash is definitely a challenge but I do strive to do a great deal of donations to my local Good Will bin which is very close to my house and so convenient! ❤I love to give and I do organize clothes and our dressers and drawers and my closet periodically and declutter a great deal so that everything in my home is clean, neat and tidy. It’s always great to do giveaways and just give give give to others and put a smile on other peoples faces!❤

It's funny, I was just telling my daughter about putting positivity out the other day. We were grocery shopping at Aldi's. And if you know anything about Aldi's, you have to put a quarter in the cart to unlock it from the rest of the carts in order to use it. (I guess it's so people won't steal them) Well, my daughter was returning the cart and a lady stopped her and said "I'll take the cart, here's my quarter". My daughter has never had an interaction like that before so she took the lady's quarter and gave her the cart. I told her she should have just given the lady the cart and told her to keep her quarter. She asked me why, I told her small random acts of kindness spread and eventually it comes back to you. What you put out into the world, is what comes back to you😉
