Cass, I love all of the DIYs. I plan to make the Shower Organizer and hang it on the back of the bathroom door for bathroom spray, shampoo, body wash etc. I Love that. Just ordered a shoe holder from amazon for that and I returned it . Oh, I just love Lisa. I have been watching her Videos since she's had 3 Children. I Love her channel and those LIL Babies are sooo adorable! She never ages. Did she tell you the story of how they totally made over their Home? Incredible. Look at her Home and that Kitchen is to die for😊 I Love Bargain Bethany (who yes is a Genius! 👌) I have watched her for years! I Love Katherine. I began watching her when she did her first KZbin Channel. She and Robin Johnson from Happy at Home were the first young women I watched. Hi Cas! Thank you for the great videos! Could you please consider making the video of how to organize a car with four different styles? There was a question at the facebook qroup of organizing a car and it made me think that the natural built-in storage in a car is usually very hidden ( not see-through) and for me as a bee the only thing that I have come up with is lots of containers, but it is more like butterfly style. I havent come up with a good detailed solution yet.

I have been using the mesh bags in the shower. I used the metal shower rod to connect them. We only but our scrubbing gloves and bar soap. One mesh bag per member of the family. The way you talk about Lias just put such a smile on my face. It felt like you were telling the world about a close friend of mine even though I have never met her. I have been binge watching her channel for 3.5 years, ever since I started homesteading. You Cass, are my organization hero. I have learned SO much from you. Lisa is my homesteading hero. I have also learned so much from her. She inspires me to try something new every time I watch a video of hers. And you inspire me to make my house a more organized home. The two of you together have honestly changed my life. I now raise 40 chickens for eggs, 8 geese we are breeding to one day have meat birds, a 2600sq ft. main garden, a small fruit orchard, 2 large raised garden beds and a small perennial garden. I honestly didn't think I'd be able to handle all of this with 2 little kids (since my husband manages a large farm and grain elevator and works 70-80 hours a week. He helps me A LOT when he can but he is also gone a lot, especially during seeding and harvest!). But you have helped me so much to get my home and outbuildings decluttered and organized to make my work so much easier. And Lisa has motivated me to grow my homestead. The fact that she has WAY more kids than I do, is super motivating to know that I too can do this homesteading thing, even if I am on my own with my two little kids most of the time! So THANK YOU to you AND Lisa from Farmhouse on Boone for helping me to reach my goals and slowly but surely build the life my husband and I have dreamed of for the last 8 years! You ladies are amazing!

Keeping Sourdough Starter IS having another pet! I "farmed" a kombucha SCOBY for a while, and while I loved the tasty kombucha and it did improve my autoimmune health issues, it was another special needs pet. I actually named my over-productive SCOBY Kevin. I'm silly that way. We already had 15 rescued senior and special needs cats, one horse, and three goats, so I finally realized another pet was too much, even if it was named Kevin and lived in a 2-gallon jar on the countertop. I buy kombucha now, but I still miss Kevin. 😢

I'm not familiar with Lisa, but I do live on a farm (and make many many things from scratch. you wont find grocery store cakes here LOL) Most farmers and homesteaders (we have one living on a parcel of land we own a few miles away that we do not do anything with other than let him stay there lol) I know with kids.... the kids do a LOT of work (my 16 year old included!). Littles can gather eggs (I get ours in the afternoon as opposed to morning since birds dont actually lay at night at least none of my 20 do ;) ) older kids can feed livestock and chickens and check/refill water, obviously all ages can help with the house in various age appropriate chores. Id NEVER have 7 kids, i had 2 and that was more than i should have, but when you live on a farm or homestead.... they can come in useful. My son is away at his sisters for a few weeks and usually he does the morning livestock. I'm ready for him to come home now LOLOL

I am ALL ABOUT the shoe-shaming! These are all amazing hacks that may actually get me to go to a dollar store! I love all the same YTers you love! I'd love to get a list of the other ladies so I can see if I'm missing a channel.

I have had the Dollar Store on my mind lately and now have a reason to go!

I heard about that retreat! A lot of KZbinrs I love were there, more than I realized at first. (I also heard that Kathryn was giving out nicknames. XD Did you get one? What was it?)

I'm adhd and autistic and actually found a sourdough starter to be quite forgiving. Lord knows I've killed my faire share of starter but I've learned to keep two in the fridge...one I use to work with and one I hide in the back incase I kill the first one. Just pour off the brown stuff and mix equal portions until it gets active again.

I've done this in my shower. FYI, the metal shower rings rust. I swapped them for the plastic ones. Instead of stacking them, I have them individually side by side inside the shower curtain hanging from the rod.

Wow! What a great video and I am so glad that I "stayed 'til the end"! Yea, hearing about that last lady makes me feel kind of like a loser, but I'll watch a few of her videos! I'm totally your fan Cas! You teach me so much. So glad that you got to visit other KZbinrs like yourself. :)

I love the DT pegboards. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t find them in your DT. I think they sell out quickly but they do get more in. Keep trying.

We don’t have those peg boards! We have the accessories, but no boards! It’s so stupid! I could probably find them at an office supply but they probably want way more than dollar tree!

I don’t use staple guns but I do use staples in my classroom. Sometimes I use a black sharpie to color the staples before putting them into the stapler. Then, when I staple they are already black (or pink or blue - etc.). Wonder if you could do this instead of painting them?
