Hi Jumaima, many thanks for reaching out. First of all your applications might be fine otherwise you won’t be getting shortlisted in Sheffield for the admin jobs. Without seeing your CV/Trac Job application I can’t blindly comment on anything. If you make sure that you have included all your relevant information which matches the job specifications and description then hopefully you might get shortlisted. There are lots of other factors such as your visa status, previous experience in the uk, relevant references and how well you perform in the interview.
