Yeah, as soon as wing ball split in two I was convinced it was the obvious. This is probably the reveal that was so epic that it was expected.

He's no prophet. He used the process of elimination based on what information he had and concluded that Sephiroth would show up. It makes sense. The theme of the game is Light vs Darkness. We got heroes facing off against their villains in the same roster, the final clash of good vs evil in an all-out brawl. It's fitting that Cloud gets to fight his. It helps that many people recognize Sephiroth. Even people who don't play Final Fantasy recognize his theme alone! It's a brilliant move by Sakurai. Sephiroth's appearance is a surprise to be sure, but a welcomed one nonetheless.

I was thinking that maybe the can offer the entire game, all DLC and the story mode on one Nintendo Switch Game Card for $89.99. I know that Nintendo released Pokémon Sword + Expansion and Pokémon Shield + Expansion physically, so it is possible and something that is at least on their minds, since they did it for Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield. I hope, at least.

Easy allies could you guys later discuss how lopsided the game awards are, bc I have questions how voting is done, as should not all voters have played ALL the games, bc if more journalist had played X game isn't that disadvantageous to other games nominated?

Actually is it known that every outlet that is part of the Game Awards jury gets one vote, and the staff has to decide how they're going to use it. So for example the entire IGN staff has to decide their one vote for each category, that way is not necesary for one person to have played every game (which by the way is a close to impossible task if you think of a regular person with a full time job, a family, other responsabilities, maybe wanting to do something other than playing games, etc) I believe that the Allies have talked before how they handle their own vote in the past but I can't remember when. Pretty sure it was in a podcast.
