If Bluetooth isn't working after following the steps in the first section, you might be having one of these common problems:
The Bluetooth icon is missing or Bluetooth can't be turned on or off.
Bluetooth doesn't work after installing an update for Windows 10.
Bluetooth doesn't work after upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 or Windows 7.
Bluetooth doesn't appear in Device Manager, and there are no unknown devices listed.
Note If your school or workplace manages your device and you don't see the Bluetooth icon, it may be disabled by your organization. Contact your system administrator.

Awesome man, I was so fed up that my bluetooth adapter was not working and I felt helpless. I even gave up amd bought some cables to connect mic and audio. That did not even work. tysm the power flush method worked for me, for you guys using a laptop then all you need to do is hold down the power button until the lap shut down and even after shutting down keep holding the button for an additional 30 sec then wait for a bit and turn it on again

When I connect Bluetooth adapter I get icon on taskbar but when I click on it nothing happens. Same Bluetooth adapter works on another PC. I tried connecting new Bluetooth adapter and it didn't work either. I also tried updating Bluetooth drivers and they are up to date. Troubleshooting and restarting bluetooth service didn't help either. Is there another way to resolve this issue other than reinstalling Windows. I'm running Windows 11.

[IMPORTANT] If you're using the earbuds in app and have paired them with your phone first, you have to factory reset them in the app, put them back in the case, disconnect your phones bluetooth, take em out of the case and then go through the process shown in these videos of how to connect them with PC. First connect them into computer, so it recognizes it as a audio device, THEN connect them with your app and phone like you did before. If you do this process in the reverse order, you run into these kind of problems that your computer dont recognize the bluetooth earbuds as audio devices. I wasted so much time resetting my computer, updating bluetooth drivers ect that I hope this message helps someone!❤

May or may not work for you but something to try. It's how I got mine working. If you got it from amazon or not directly from the makers site the disk you get with the product may be refurbished. What that means is something may have been done to the disk or device or both that is not compatible with you system and may not install the drivers to get product to work. As a matter of fact you should probably just get rid of the disk it came with. Go directly to the makers of the bluetooth device site. In some instances it's not even the name on the box. MY box said Techkey but they were not the makers. Just the company that refurbished the product and put there name on it. The makers of mine were Realtek. The makers name should be somewhere on the box it came with. Go directly to the makers site and download the drivers from that site for your product, restart your computer, which you should be prompted to do once drivers are installed anyway and reinsert device and retry connecting your bluetooth device. hope it helps

can't add device in device and printers or add bluetooth devices i'm trying to connect some bluetooth earbuds i have with an adapter i just bought. i know for a fact the adapter works it just doesnt work on my computer. any time i try clicking on either add device in device and printers tab or add bluetooth device the box opens up for a split second and instantly closes. the adapter is updated to its latest version. i've tried reinstalling several times and restarting pc. it just seems windows is bugged. using windows 10 please help me

There is limit for copying files on windows . You have to increase the copy limit. There are tolutorials online to fix it
