So .. I've made this recipe and it's PERFECT!! Beautiful cake! I follow the recipe step by step (even used a scale) and it turns out to be a very good, sweet and soft cake. For the cake top I used cream cheese and Dulce de leche (is a confection popular in Latin America prepared by slowly heating sugar and milk over a period of several hours) WONDERFULL

i went 43 minutes. should of pulled at exactly 40. either way, great combination. was nice trying something new. i seen comment below. expressing that they should put in fridge and settle, then serve. not sure if i should of done that! it was still a nice moist and tasty cake. but i feel i lost most of my presentation there! maybe im overthinking. the kids loved it 🙂
