for a project whose size is 400 KLOC, why should we calculate in the organic and semi-detached mode? In your previous lecture, you have mentioned in the comparison table that, for projects having size more than 300 KLOC, we will use the Embedded Mode or in other words the Embedded Mode should be used. Clarify this. Its getting confusing! And also clarify that, which specific mode should be used in some specific situations! For example, the project's size will be of 250 KLOC (which falls under the Semi-Detached mode), the development team is small and experienced (which falls under the Organic Mode), the schedule is very tight and the level of innovation required is high (which falls under the Embedded Mode) so in this case, which mode should we pick up? this is confusing because the conditions mentioned here fall under different different categories! Please clarify this. Thank you.

excuse me mam. in your question the kloc was 400kloc which lies in the embedded system. so why have you taken for semi detached and organic

Exactly! 400 lies in Embedded mode. She's doing it wrong. The whole sum should be done in Embedded.

bro.. it has been asked in the question to do so.. if they don't provide you with what mode the project follows then you have to judge it according to the KLOC..

In the previous video - the Basic Model meant 2 to 50 KLC, WHERAS in this video 400 KLOC is considered as Basic model.

Check the previous video again. It is NOT the Basic Model which is considered from 2-50 KLOC! It's the Organic Mode of the Basic Model, that is for KLOC from 2-50.
