In schools we are used to hearing otherwise, but in real life outside school, we have to take care of this :) >Dr : Sir, so you should have consulted me early. It's been long time "early" sounds incorrect. Here you are saying the patient should have come in sooner . So we can use "you should have consulted me sooner". And I would say it's good that you made these mistakes because once you correct these you will mostly not make them again if you understand the mistakes. So let's dig into the mistakes :) 1. "What happened to you" is a phrase used with friends or close people. Something in line with "നിനക്കെന്തു പറ്റി " A doctor, if not our friend, might not ask this to his/her patient. Instead a doctor can ask "How may I help you " or "Tell me your problem or symptoms" 2. Generally people use "I have a fever and I have a cold". But it is not wrong to omit the article "a", it's just better to include it as that's how native speakers use it. 3. "how long are you not feeling well" If you have watched the "present perfect video" ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/aWXRgnx6jrGZppY ) you will know that this sentence should be in present perfect because the illness began in the past but continues in the present. So you should say "How long have you not been feeling well?" 4. With the next sentence "since yesterday morning started the cold" - I see that again this sentence should be in present perfect. Please watch the video to understand where you should use present perfect. So you can say "I have cold since yesterday morning." If you are wondering why I didn't use the word "started", the word since has the same meaning "it started from this point of time". 5. "are you Tested the Corona" is incorrect. This is also a very common mistake. "Have you tested for Corona virus yet?" would be one way to ask this question. Or you can ask "Have you done a Covid test?" 6. "do you have any smelling and tasting issues" This needs to be rephrased. You can say "Did you experience any loss of smell or taste?" 7.If someone gives the answer as "no doctor test result was negative " then the question should probably be "Have you tested positive for Corona virus /Covid?" For this question "Have you tested for Corona virus yet?" the answer can be "No, I haven't done a test yet." 8." I wrote some medicines for fever" Again you should use present perfect and use "prescribed" instead of "wrote". "I have prescribed some medicines for fever". please don't feel disheartened seeing the corrections. These are mistakes we make everywhere. Once you learn this, your English will improve significantly. So keep posting conversations for the upcoming challenges. Soon you will see that your English is much better :)

Good conversation. :) One common mistake we make is this sentence " Since how long are you not feeling well?" It seems like a good sentence at first glance but this sentence is actually not correct. There are 2 issues. 1. With "Since" you can use "when" For example" Since when have you not been feeling well?" "Since how long" is an incorrect phrase. Or you can use "How long have you not been feeling well?" 2.
