EasyFlash iPhone External Drive Fail

EASYFLASH iPHONE EXTERNAL DRIVE FAIL
While searching on Amazon for something else, I came across the EasyFlash External Drive. I liked the idea of being able to off load a lot of my pictures and videos onto and external drive. So it would free up room on my iPhone. And the external drive would allow me to carry it around if I needed to reload one. However, it did not turn out like I hoped. Just watch the video and see what happened.

I got the same one and the app I downloaded was LUV Share. Copying files right now to the usb drive.

I’m trying to make this work today and am totally confused so I got on YT to find help. I clicked on your video and see I’m not the only person struggling. Thanks for the honest review. Guess I’ll try to return it and get something else. I promise I’m not illiterate…I can read the instructions that came with the device, I think the company failed to install a proper brain in the flash drive. You and I aren’t the only ones struggling. Hope you found one that works for you. 😊

Don’t have my paperwork so stuck with this unfriendly, non working drive. I have watched every video possible. No support. Agree....don’t buy!

Hey you in the click on external drive not local drive local drive is your iPhone external drive is USB stick. If you are copy pic from iPhone to USB stick

I ordered the same one from Amazon. My instruction booklet was different and the app was called Luv-Share. I did everything exactly the same as you did (before watching your video) and when I tried to move videos from my iPhone to the external drive (the flash drive), I received an error, "External storage not find." Legit, not even a proper sentence! I'll be returning mine, as well. I spent a long time researching different ones on Amazon, and this one seemed like an easy and reasonably-priced option. :(

Same for me. I'm trying to get it to work on iPod touch 5th generation. It was not working for sh*t!

When I saved them on the USB drive it saved the images in PGN instead of JPG or JPEG. Why is this? I thought PGN were for GIFS and stuff. Why doesn’t it just saved them in JPEG?

I should have watched this video before I bought this I got in the mail yesterday and couldn’t figure out how to work it it doesn’t even blink when it’s plugged into my iPhone. Sending it back it’s a piece of trash

I put my mp3 files on it and it shows the files but will not play them. Junk

I have one of these EasyFlash lightning usb drives. It worked perfectly fine with my iPad mini 1. I recently upgraded to the mini 5 and the app is no longer on the Store. The drive does work on my W10 computer. Shame. I've tried downloading other similar apps, uninstalling the one I have but no luck so far. If anyone finds a way to make it work, please do share it.

Same thing happened to me. I have an IPhone 7, and for the life on me, can’t figure out to how simply transfer my photos to the flash drive. This is the second flash drive I’ve had that exact same problem with. Maybe it’s because it’s an older phone? If anyone can help, I’m all ears
