Chocolate Butter Cake Recipe
Unsalted butter 100 g.
Sugar 120 g.
1/4 tsp salt
Cake flour 80 g.
Powdered milk 10 g.
Cocoa powder 20 g.
Baking soda 1/4 tsp.
2 eggs (weight 100-120 g.)
Vanilla flavor 1/2 tsp.
Fresh milk 40 g.
Sweet Chocolate (Chocolate Compound) 100 g.
18 g unsalted butter
*Bake on top and bottom 160 degrees for 60 minutes.
**(Put hot water in a baking pan, not higher than 0.50 cm. of the cake mold)
*** Sift the flour 2 times.
****Fresh butter, eggs, milk have a cold temperature.
*****Fresh butter cake will taste better if chilled.
