Hey Scott! Congratulations on your Vitamix! I have been wanting one for a long time. Great video showing how it works for those of us who don't have one. I love QVC . Bummed I missed this special, but sooo happy for you! I have burned out a few blenders making Hummus & nut butter. Would love to see you make the ice cream, any nut butter, and Hummus! PS- Love the color & the name Buttercream 🥰

Thank you! I got stainless steel for all my appliances for years and years. So the yellow is a departure for me🙂

i got the costco e320 model. which comes with the larger jug, slightly more power 2.2hp and pca.

Now that you’ve had it for a year or so, how’s it going? I’ve been wanting one forever!! This price point works for me. Main thing I want to make is cashew cream & smoothies. Maybe soup here & there too

Nice. I (stupidly) bought the "Creations II" model that's being sold on QVC now. It has the same base as the E310, but comes with the standard 64 oz jar. I'm envious of that extra smaller "dry" blender jar that came with yours.

It does not have the same base the creation ll has a a high-speed switch this one has a pulse switch

@@TheVeganVirgo - Well, the model number on the back base plaque of the Explorian E310 is VM0197, which is the same as the model number on the back of my Creations II. But it is true that the Creations II replaces the pulse switch of the Explorian with a simple High/Variable switch. So, the base model # is the same, but the switch is different. Kind of a stupid decision by Vitamix in my opinion, since it makes model comparisons very difficult.

Hi Scott. What are your thoughts on the noise level of this model?

I guess the best way to explain it, is if you're in the bathroom and shaving, you won't wake anyone up if they're in the adjoining bedroom. Not loud at all. Sounds kinda like a hummmmm.
