Timeworn Components are Unlockable with 85 Invention with a +17 Extreme invention potion (95 Herblore) Not having Eruptive will NOT stop this method but it's nice and cheap. Timestamps at UP. Hadn't realized I didn't do them after I recorded the vid --woops-- In vid description now.

Got my first stone, and I really appreciate the guide! I do have a few notes based on my personal experience if anyone is struggling: 1. I don't think people should expect to do this on their first try- I died 3 times before I decided to complete the fight using checkpoints, both so I could get some practice in, and so I could reattune war's portal to get there faster (there are probably faster ways of getting their to start with, but I was running North from my Arch-Glacor portal). During this attempt I died about 3 more times to Zuk himself- once because I didn't remember the very brief mention of hitting the special action button after clearing the igneous monsters. I was wondering how long he was going to stay invulnerable for, and then suddenly I was insta-killed. After clearing it all the way through once, I was able to clear it from start to finish on my next try, but it would have been very annoying fighting all the way up to Zuk and then dying to him 3 times instead of just finishing the fight. 2. I recommend people bring way less Saradomin Brews and Super Restores, and instead bring as many sets of 1 SB flask, 2 Blue blubbers and 6 Rocktails as they can, with just one super restore flask for fighting Zuk and dealing with his Constitution debuff. This combo can be hot-keyed to restore about 4,000 health in go, which is much more helpful then trying to figure out if you should be eating one of your few Rocktails or just panic-slurping brews. Also, it helped me to heal with Soul-Split on Zuk before killing the last enemy in some waves (I have blessed flask, so basically unlimited prayer points, even without penance, so other people's mileage may vary on this one). 3. I just used the penance aura rather than spending 2 mil on penance powder each attempt. It was very nice to realize that I was making money from each attempt (10 mil from all failed attempts plus 3 mil for the completed run), and so supply waste wasn't a straight up waste, but 2 mil still felt really crappy to lose. 4. Figuring out which waves were dealing massive damage and praying appropriately while using reflect, was very important for me, as I was not able to deal with large groups very efficiently and so on certain waves the damage would outstrip my soulsplit healing very very quickly. Also, just make sure you're tucked all the way into the corner for the multiple Jad waves, I was one step North on my first run, and trying to figure out why I was having to switch prayers against both Jads at once landed me my first death.

Hey this video helped me out a ton! I appreciate it so much! I managed to get all 4 of the Zuk capes, and after I learn more about trying manual combat I'm looking forward to trying Hard Mode! Thanks so much! Update: After trying for a few days, I managed to finish off flawless Zuk Hard Mode and got the combined cape! I learned the hard way that the pillar can snipe you resonance in the last phase, beware!

Amazing guide. Loved every bit of it. Very good commenting too. One question: What would you advise to do the tank phase flawlessly tho? Is it reso, barricade and ...? Thanks a lot anyhow!

Just a Reso and Barricade just make sure not to overlap them any extra second helps. Can also use a Vitality Pot to be EXTRA safe :) Don't be afraid to eat!

I have literally hundreds of paid for deaths and an uncountable amount during any free death periods since zuk came out. The game needs a death counter for each boss.Normal mode shouldnt be this difficult especially considering that the "prize" is non trade-able. After a certain number of paid for deaths the game should allow the player the option to use a death touch dart if they so choose. The pvm elite wont allow what I mention above even though it doesnt hurt them in ANY way and would provide a path forward for those that simply cant or are physically handicapped an dont want to risk losing their account by allowing someone to do it for them.

If you can’t do NM Zuk, you probably can’t do most upper level PvM and therefore have little use for a Zuk cape. Lower and mid tier PvM can be done perfectly well without the Zuk cape.

This guide looks really good, I just started Zuk and was failing using the RS Guy 1 year old one with the safespot in the south east. This is much smoother, thank you. Small note, you could mention what the incense sticks are and the shield in the intro?

True on that. I can't remember if I mention the lantadyme incense. Sounds like I don't! Shield is an extra since I have the guide using necro runes...but then I shoulda mentioned boneshield probably. If I use a shield in a vid I will make sure it's sorted 😅

6:21, I click a minion, cast threads of fate, (which makes single-target-attacks hit multiple ones?), then revo has likely triggered something I didn't want, then I click whatever (because guide makes it seem like anything works, though it does say soul-sap/touch-of-death then soul-strike/volley-of-souls). I don't know. I see you melt the minions but I never seems to see my attacks hit more than just the single target I click. Is there something I'm missing with threads of fate? I know I have 6.6s which "single-target necromancy attacks" will damage additional enemies. Is 6.6s shorter than I give credit? Is revo messing things up here?

Hey! If I had to guess I'd say Revo is triggering skeleton or ghost during this time. You'll want to manually click / press sap/touch and then Finger/Volley. I'm suspecting it's using a commend ability. It SHOULD be letting you advance, after not succeeding and just re-doing the Igneous wave.

@@CasualGuidesRS3 Spamming touch of death or soul sap seems to work after casting threads of fate. Also, if I remember, I drink powerburst of vitality. It's helped get through these challenge waves. Got to Zuk, now rather than resetting, I'm trying over and over to fight zuk. Learn the mechanics. I just got as far as the "instant death" part, but of course I had a minion and a half left to kill. Ring of death is helping keep costs down. Slowly I'm figuring out how to count Zuk's swings so I can know what attacks are coming up. As a revo++ warrior, this is mind blowingly different than anything I've ever done before. This must be how full manual feels to some players.
