Hi Arun, your interview videos were really helpful when I was applying to medical school a couple years ago and now these OSCE videos are fantastic! I was wondering if you could do a similar one for urological histories? Also, good luck with Ophthalmology training!

In step 2 when you are screening for different symptoms, what should you do if they have no other associated symptoms or are reluctant to give you extra info? Recently had an OSCE situation where I was trying to elicit as many symptoms as possible to discuss in more detail, but when I asked "have you noticed anything else or experienced any other symptoms?", the patient just looked back at me blankly and said "what do you mean?"

you're awesome mate , i learnt a lot for you. but i still have an issue, i start with SOCRATES , then Ps if female, then SODMA/SNAP , then PMH/FH/DH , then kinda summarise. However almost always when i reach this point , i realise i have missed some pints. Any suggestion ? thanks in advance.
