easyplant.com Experience - I ordered a Money Tree ... Was it worth it?

I came across an easyplant.com ad only and decided to give them a look. I liked the idea of a pre-packaged self watering pot and plant that I would only have to water once a month. I don't have a good track record keeping plants alive, so this is a true test of the easy plant offering. If it works for me it can work for anyone! I had to look that up, but I’m suspecting you’re using it in the pejorative sense. What’s wrong with a desire to have a houseplant?

@@kev-reviews Oh, nothing at all. House plants are great. It's the whole ordering it off the internet and turning it into a service. Frankly, I would expect this service to primarily be used by people in a NYC high rise rather than a suburban Alabama home.

@tarstarkusz I can’t speak for any other shoppers, but for me, it’s the patented self-watering pot (both function and style) and getting a plant that’s guaranteed to arrive healthy and stay healthy

@tarstarkusz typically not a ceramic self-watering pot. They’re usually plastic and/or ugly. The style of the easyplant pot is appealing to me
