Does it allow you to learn allen bradley logic without having to spend thousands of dollars on rockwell studio 5000? Or is it just generic ladder logic?

Hi LJR Limited, The EasyPLC Software Suite is not specific to one manufacturer of PLC. The machine simulator like in this video will be able to communicate to most modern PLC equipment like an Allen Bradley. This provides the basics of PLC learning without the expense. If you are looking for a tag-based PLC to learn about, then I would suggest Productivity. It has a similar instruction set and methods of programming to the Allen Bradley. The software is free and comes with a built-in simulator.
