Trying Mountain House Freeze Dried Foods : Scrambled Eggs with Bacon

In this video I am trying some freeze-dried food that can be used in an emergency, for camping, etc. These types of items are great to have on hand and keep with your prepping materials. This is the Mountain House Scrambled Eggs with Bacon, I found it to taste really great for a freeze dried food, I would definitely recommend this one.

Never tried Mountain House. I have a couple tucked away in different kits. I wonder why they would call that 1 1/2 servings. Seems strange. Thank you for the review

Thanks for sharing. I am leery of these type foods due to salt content. I tried MRE's and the salt content was too much for me. Thanks for sharing!

Pepper and Hotsauce is a great addition but i would not add any extra salt. Those are packed full of sodium. Good video

I bought this one and lasagna one to try. I like camping but bringing meats and eggs and trying to keep it cold is a pain. Especially when you need ice.

What is the salt content? Usually it’s very high. What is the cholesterol level too.
