mechanical switches sound so nice. i'm just afraid that i won't be able to go back to a normal controller.

The magnetic face plates is a really good idea! I'd be way more likely to customize my controller if it's that easy... I have a mild disability in my left hand, still haven't found a Switch Dpad that suits me... Much as I love the ProCon, the Dpad is way too stiff, useless for fighting games Might have to look into picking one of these up, thanks for the info dude x

I just got this controller. I'm very happy with it and pretty much a pro controller on a budget.

Nice review. The durable test started when you dropped the controller multiple times and all the buttons still work xD As I get older, the most important feature for me is having a turbo function, and the buttons need to feel comfortable when press down while I play some of my button smashing games. My first turbo controller was from a generic brand and the buttons feel stiff. Every click feel like my thumb is doing push-ups! I just ordered the EasySMX X10. As for the app, I won't be using it. I don't think we need any driver right?

I wish the xbox controller had those easily swappable faces, more brands should copy them also, what's the difference between normal rumble and hd rumble?

Hd rumble has more precise motions and can simulate a variety of different feeling. The rumble playing the song of the music blocks in mario wonder is the perfect example. Normal rumble just vibrates but cant create more subtle effects.

Nice looking controller. Wanted to ask you, have you played with or know about a controller called the GuliKit KK3 MAX controller? It looks very similar to this one ironically but with a few more buttons on the face of the controller. I believe that one is a little more like 80 or 90 something around there. Great review!

I'm looking for a controller I can use with Hyper Demon on Steam. So far my xbox controller and switch pro controller don't work at all, but the game is supposedly compatible with the steam deck... So theoretically would this controller also work? Confused on if this controller is compatible with Steam, and/or specifically the steam deck.

Can you tell me if the macro buttons can be deactivated? It's so annoying that all the good controller of SMX have these Buttons I never use and only trigger accidently
