I visited Berlin for a weekend last year and on my first night I met someone from LatAm haha!! Unfortunately I didn't know any Spanish then so we just spoke english, hopefully next time I visit I'll be able to speak to people in German and a little Spanish rather than just english!!

Yo soy de Alemania (del sur) y visité Berlin hace 1 año con mi padre. Pienso que es una ciudad muy grande, diverso y multicultural y me encanta mucho. También me gustaba el „Berliner Fernsehturm“, el Alexanderplatz y todos los lugares conocidos. Visitaré Berlin algun día de nuevo seguramente.

I can’t understand very much, I’m not sure why. I think it’s a great idea, but it’s just too difficult for me. I can understand intermediate to advanced videos in other KZbin sites but this one I just can’t understand without reading the subtitles. I’m not sure why.

It takes time. Don't look at what you don't understand, look at what you do understand, and notice that you'll understand more and more as you listen more to real life Spanish from various countries.

Have you tried Dreaming Spanish? The Superbeginner and Beginner videos are great for building vocabulary. Then you can come back to these videos in X months and see if you've improved.

I also watch the advanced ones but they are a struggled but I understand more of those then this site. I have watched quite a few of these videos and I don't understand even the jist.

@@user-ke2mj4wy2f How many hours of comprehensible input do you have? I'd say Easy Spanish only became easy for me at about 900 hours. I would stick with videos that are highly understandable and eventually it'll come. If you find yourself translating, always go back to easier content, sped up if necessary, to really acquire the vocabulary.
