This video i'll share you how i make a lined zipper tote bag.
You'll need :
1 x outer bag fabric (w 14 1/2" x h 26")
1 x interfacing (w 14 1/2" x h 26" )
1 x Lining bag fabric (w 14 1/2" x h 23")
Zipper gusset size : (L 12" x w 2")
2 x outer fabric
2 x lining fabric
2 x interfacing
Pocket panel size : (w 9" x h 13")
1 x fabric
Lining for around top opening size : (L 14 1/2" x w 2")
2 x fabric
2 x interfacing
Carry strap size : (L 20" x w 3")
2 x fabric
2 x interfacing (L 19" x w 2")
Zipper end tab size : (L 3" x w 1 1/2")
1 x fabric
1 x zipper 16" long

I have to say that I normally don’t like videos that you can’t hear the person giving directions, but you did an outstanding job at showing directions. Thank you, i have always wanted to learn to put in a zipper. I always just used magnetic snaps, but now i can do the zipper. Thank you.

If the fabric is non directional then you can make it with a fold on bottom instead of a seam. Some newbies might not realize that. Great project & vid. Thanks! 😁💕

Is the lining supposed to be smaller than the bag? Height of main fabric is 26ins and height of lining is 23ins plus the 2ins for the top = 25ins. Allowing for the seam allowance where the top edge is attached I make it 24ins, two inches shorter than the main bag. Have I made a mistake? Thanks
