ACAI MOUSSE
- 1 packet frozen acai, partially thawed
- ¼ cup of blueberries (more for thicker mousse)
- 1 tsp honey
- (optional) scoop of collagen or protein powder
- (optional) 2 tsp almond butter
GREEN DREAM SMOOTHIE
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 3-4 frozen bananas
- 1 green apple
- 2 cups frozen kale
MATCHA ENERGY BALLS
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup almond butter or any nut or seed butter you like
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3/4 scoop collagen or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp sweet cacao nibs
